During the Sweepstakes Period, any eligible entrant can complete the purchase at any one (1) or more of five (5) participating stores: T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Sierra, or HomeSense in-store or online (each one of the them a “Participating Brand”).
When the purchase is complete, the customer will receive a receipt and an option to participate in the survey. Alternatively, entrants will receive an email inviting them to participate in the survey.
The user must visit the site and submit the survey and registration forms, including the following information their full and initial first and last names (no initials) and a valid email address, and acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the Official Rules.
Once the survey is completed successfully, the survey and submission of registration data, an entrant is granted only one (1) entry in the relevant Entry Period. B.
Mail-In Method of Entry:
To be eligible for a Sweepstakes entry, without making a purchase or taking part in an online survey, the entrant can write their full name (no initials) with a valid email address.
